about
The Baby Tune captures a sleeping baby’s deep, slow breath, gradual awakening and increasing awareness whilst their sight slowly comes in and out of focus, perhaps making out glimpses of a hanging something, catching and twinkling in the light. This is a little lullaby for sleepy babies and was written for Patsy’s nephew Thomas Reid.
Apples for Fred has got to be one of the most joyful tunes on planet earth. Written for a horse called Fred, this tune trots and bounds its way along, until the stable door finally shuts and we wave bye to Fred until another day. People should write more tunes for horses.

Just the most fun. Every set is one I want to sit down and learn, and they play with so much ENERGY and STYLE. Crunchy, tangible sound. I'll never get tired of listening to Kinnaris Quintet play. andpersand
